The Challenges

GEBE Luxe, a premium brand under Damsun Group, was facing multiple growth bottlenecks across its marketing ecosystem. Despite investing in paid media, the business lacked a unified growth strategy and funnel clarity, which limited its ability to scale efficiently.

Key challenges included:

  • Disconnected marketing channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn working in silos)
  • Inconsistent lead quality and low conversion rates
  • High customer acquisition cost (CAC)
